The systems are based on a modular design, which maintains a balance between weight, size and power consumption and extremely high performance.

The demand for these solutions comes directly from combat itself. "In Yemen, old but effective Russian anti-aircraft systems shot down several US Air Force MQ-9 Reaper drones," says Nathan, head of the UAV and Special Applications business unit in Elbit's Aerial EW product line.
