One of the main challenges was integrating usability with the outdated system without losing its core functionality. Additionally, ensuring that the new concept would be user-friendly and intuitive for the personnel required extensive testing and feedback. Balancing these demands while maintaining operational efficiency proved to be a complex and demanding task.
